Meet The Team

Nick Segal (MNAEA) has over fifteen years of experience in Estate Agency in both Residential Sales, Lettings/Management and Property Acquisition. Having acted for both individuals and corporate bodies Nick is well versed in Land Acquisition and the planning process. Over the years he has developed his own extensive portfolio of investment property in Essex, Kent, East London and in the North of England and has also built and converted property in these areas.

Danielle Segal built up her own personal property portfolio over the last five years. Her role involves researching areas as well as properties throughout the UK which offer good investment potential. Danielle is also head of our Customer services department, making sure that all our clients, are getting the service that is required.

Tim Ryan is our Senior Property Consultant who deals with land and property acquisition. Tim has over Nine years experience in finding land and property on clients behalf. His role is to find out clients requirements, to research property prices, and to find land property that suits clients requirements. Tim over the years has built up a large number of associates, who offer him and our Company Property and Land Development opportunities on a regular basis, which are not Currently on the Market.

James Edwards is our property tax advisor, who is responsible for saving clients money on their property transcations. He is able to offer Stamp Duty Schemes, and tax advice on all Land and Property transactions. James can also advise you on personal tax, and with over 20 years experience in this sector, we feel he is well versed to advise.
