This should be taken out by Tenant’s to cover their belongings, and contents. It is advised that you should ensure your contents are insured for normal risks and that you are covered by relevant liability insurance, as accidental damage’s can happen.
In addition to the above we are also able to introduce you to Insurance specialists that will be able to assist in a variety of insurance products.
We are also able to offer, in some cases, a 1 5 year rent guarantee, even if your property is vacant.
